At the first DEDN meeting held at Newcastle University on 22 September 2017, discussions took place about developing a specific Code of Conduct for the Digital Economy Network community, and CDT students from across various centres are now working on this.
The draft Code will be finalised at the next meeting in Nottingham on 23 March 2018, and we encourage CDT students to come along to this event to help develop this document, and to talk about how it can be used across DEN and beyond.
Once agreed, this Code of Conduct will be used at all future DEN events and individual CDT events. We will also be sharing it with our funders, the Research Councils UK Digital Economy Theme, led by the EPSRC, who have been highly supportive of the development of the DEDN.
We will post further information about the progress of this here very shortly.
